Quinoa and moong sprout salad
Ingredients
Quinoa – 1 cup
Green Moong sprouts – ¼ cup
Cherry tomatoes abut 12 – cut into halves
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black ground pepper – ½ tsp
- Lime juice – 1 tsp
- Mixed Nuts Roasted (optional)
- Cilantro – chopped
Directions
- Wash Quinoa and boil in water till soft
- Drain Quinoa keep it aside and let it cool
- Add Moong sprouts to Quinoa
- Add olive oil, salt, black pepper powder, lime juice and mix well
- Arrange in a plate / bowl and top it with cherry tomatoes halves
- Garnish with roasted nuts
