Sabudana Wada (Air Fried)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sabudana, soaked, drain the water
  • ½ cup All purpose baking flour (I use Bob Red Mill)
  • ½ cup carrots, shredded
  • ½ cup peas
  • ½ teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 green chili, minced
  • 2 sprays of avocado oil for each wada
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Make small balls, flatten them, it looks like patties.
  • Line them on a parchment paper for airfryer.
  • Spray avocado oil, just two sprints on each.
  • Airfry at 380 F for 30 minutes, depends on your airfryer.
  • Serve with chutney or ketchup.
