Vegan Corn Ribs
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Dipping Sauce
- 4 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp agave
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Using a knife, cut the ends of the corn cob and holding it vertical, cut it in half along the length. Be careful as the core of the corn is very hard.
- After cutting the corn into half, cut them into quarters.
- So one ear of corn is cut into four longitudinal pieces.
- Place them in the air fryer plate with a lining wax paper in a line.
- Take a bowl and mix the olive oil, chilli powder, black pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder & salt.
- Use this mixture to brush the corn pieces generously.
- Bake in the airfryer at 400 F for 10 mins.
- In the meantime, assemble the dipping sauce.
- Take a bowl and add all the ingredients for the dipping sauce and mix them together.
- Enjoy the corn ribs with a delicious dipping sauce.
