Vegan Corn Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Dipping Sauce
  • 4 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • Salt to taste

 

Directions

  • Using a knife, cut the ends of the corn cob and holding it vertical, cut it in half along the length. Be careful as the core of the corn is very hard.
  • After cutting the corn into half, cut them into quarters.
  • So one ear of corn is cut into four longitudinal pieces.
  • Place them in the air fryer plate with a lining wax paper in a line.
  • Take a bowl and mix the olive oil, chilli powder, black pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder & salt.
  • Use this mixture to brush the corn pieces generously.
  • Bake in the airfryer at 400 F for 10 mins.
  • In the meantime, assemble the dipping sauce.
  • Take a bowl and add all the ingredients for the dipping sauce and mix them together.
  • Enjoy the corn ribs with a delicious dipping sauce.
