Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, cut and frozen
  • ½ cup kiwifruit
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 5 ice cubes
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Flax seed meal
  • 1 piece lemon/orange wedge

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients and serve with the lemon/orange wedge.
