Badam Laddu

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond roasted and powdered
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon raisins roasted
  • 1 tablespoon nuts roasted and coarsely chopped
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of saffron

Directions

  • Roast the almonds with ghee and powder it.
  • Powder the sugar so that it is of fine consistency.
  • Mix the powdered almond and sugar in a bowl.
  • Add raisins and coarsely chopped nuts to the mixture.
  • Dissolve saffron in ¼ cup of milk.
  • Add cardamom powder and saffron to the mixture.
  • While the mixture is warm, need to form lemon size balls until all the almond powder is complete.
