Banana Bread (eggless)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 large overripe mashed bananas

Directions

  • In a bowl sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar.
  • Add oil, yogurt and bananas to the bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients well, in a thick consistency.
  • Grease a loaf pan, pour the batter and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon powder on the top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
  • Insert a tooth pick to check if it is done.
