Ingredients

  • 4 Bananas, pureed  
  • 1 cup almond flour 
  • ¾ stick butter 
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamum 
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon  

Directions

  • In a non-stick saucepan combine all the ingredients and keep it on low flame. 
  • Keep stirring until it starts to leave the sides of the pan. 
  • Prepare a plate by smearing a little ghee.  Pour the thickened ingredients on to the plate. 
  • Let it cool before you make small squares.  
  • Keep it refrigerated.
