Banana, Goose Berry Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 well ripened banana, frozen
  • 3 goose berries
  • ¼ cup oats, powdered
  • 1/3 cup liquid non-fat yogurt or non-diary product
  • 1 tablespoon creamy hummus
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 2 slices of mango
  • 5 blue berries

Directions

  • Puree banana and goose berries with the liquid yogurt.
  • Add honey, vanilla extract and hummus.  Blend, pour it into a mason jar.
  • Keep it overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Add chopped fruits before serving.
