Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can black beans
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • ½ cup vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ onion minced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in a sauce pan.
  • Add garlic and onion and sauté until brown.
  • Add in vegetable stock, black bean, carrot and all the spices.
  • Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  • It should not be watery.
