Black Sesame Seeds Laddu

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black sesame seeds
  • 1 cup Jaggery or brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom

Directions

  • Heat pan and dry roast sesame seeds on low-medium flame for 5 minutes or until you hear the crackling sound from the seeds.
  • Transfer the sesame seeds into the plate to cool down.
  • Next, add the seeds to a mixer and blend into a powder. Then add jaggery and cardamom pods to the mixer and blend them well.
  • Then transfer the mixture into a plate and take a small amount of mixture into your palm and press firmly to make into small ladoos. Add ghee if the ball is hard to make.
  • Enjoy healthy and delicious ladoos.
