Cauliflower gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons corn flour
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon celery seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • ½ onion minced
  • 1” ginger grated
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 green chilies
  • 4 tablespoons red chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 large bell pepper chopped
  • 1 ½ cup water or vegetable stock
  • Coriander leaf to garnish
  • 1 package of Cauliflower Gnocchi (in the frozen section)

Directions

  • Cook Cauliflower Gnocchi according to package.
  • In a bowl, mix corn flour, ½ cup of water and soya sauce – set aside.
  • Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, green chili in ghee.
  • Add bell pepper and sauté for few minutes.
  • Add corn flour mixture, red chili sauce and ketchup.
  • Add water or the vegetable stock and let it boil until it thickens.
  • Pour the sauce over the cooked Gnocchi.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf.
