Chocolate Chip Cookies (Eggless)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chip
  • 2 teaspoon almond extract (or vanilla)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup oil
  • ¼ water

Directions

  • In a bowl, sift, flour, baking soda, chocolate chip and salt.
  • In another bowl, cream brown sugar, granulated sugar, oil, water and extract.
  • Mix the liquid into the flour mixture. Combine until it forms a cookie dough.
  • Mike 2 inch balls and place them on cookie sheet line with parchment paper. Freeze this for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake for approximately 10 minutes, rotating the cookie sheet half way.
  • Let it cool on the cookie sheet or on a wire rack. The cookies will be cooking even after it comes off the oven, it will be soft.
