Guacamole Golgappa

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ onion
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • 2 thai green chilies
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • 10 golgappas
  • 2 teaspoons of date-tamarind chutney

Directions

  • Slice the avocado in half, remove he pit and scoop into a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork and make it as chunky as you like.
  • Cut tomatoes in quarters.
  • Cut garlic and roast them.
  • Mince onions, green chilies and cilantro.
  • Add all the ingredients into the bowl of avocadoes and stir it together. Add lemon juice and the celery salt to taste.
  • Pinch the top off the golgappas.
  • Fill the guacamole into the golgappas.
  • Top it with the date-tamarind chutney.
