Kheera Tamatar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1-pint grape tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups yogurt or homemade dahi
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large green chili cut or 2 red chilies pieced
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
  • Pinch of asafetida
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander Leaves

Directions

  • Chop cucumber in small cubes.
  • Mix cucumber, tomatoes, and yogurt in a bowl.
  • Heat oil and put mustard seeds, asafetida after it splatters add green chilies.
  • Add to the cucumber, tomatoes and yogurt mixture.
  • Mix well and keep it cool.
