Kiwi Dessert Squares

Ingredients

  • 1.5 -2 cups wheat flour
  • 1.5 cups Kiwi puree (8-10 kiwis)
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • 2-3 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp broken cashews
  • 1 drop green food color

Directions

  • Wash and peel the kiwis and blend into a fine smooth puree by running it through a sieveif necessary.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan and add the wheat flour and roast on a low to mediumflame till fragrant.
  • Add the kiwi puree and the condensed milk and saute on medium flame for atleast 10minutes till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  • Heat the remaining ghee and roast the cashews and raisins and add to the abovemixture.
  • MIx well and switch off the flame.
  • Pour into a greased pan and allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy.
  • Almond flour can be a substitute for the wheat flour.
