Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1 cup Half and Half
  • 1 cup Powdered Rock sugar
  • ¼ cup Cashews
  • ¼ Almonds
  • ¼ Ghee
  • ¼ tsp powdered Cardamoms
  • ¼ tsp or less of Cloves
  • Pinch of Nut Meg powder
  • Pinch of Saffron
  • 3 tbsp of Almond flakes for decoration

Directions

  • Grind almond and cashews.
  • Wash the rice and roast it with ghee.
  • Add milk and half and half, saffron and cook it until the rice is cooked.
  • Blend the above ingredients until the rice is smooth.
  • Add powdered rock sugar and stir well on low heat.
  • Fry nuts in ghee add crushed cardamom and cloves and add to the milk mixture.
  • Garnish with almond flakes.
