Mango Date Balls

Ingredients

  • 10 dates, pitted
  • 2 cups almond powder
  • 1 large mango, skinned or cubed
  • 1 cup Dried Mango
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
  • If it is sticky refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
  • Form small balls with an ice cream scoop.
  • Store in a container in the refrigerator.
