Mango Pearl Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup sago pearls (tapioca)
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsps sugar

Directions

  • Boil 4-5 cups of water
  • Once the water starts boiling, add the tapioca pearls and cook them closed for 20 minutes.
  • Next switch off the flame and open the lid. The tapioca pearls should be translucent.
  • Drain the water and rinse the pearls in cold water to remove any extra starch.
  • Use a bowl and place the tapioca translucent pearls.
  • Add the mango puree and the coconut milk and mix well.
  • Top with sliced almonds and cardamom powder.
