Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • ¼ cup corn flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ cup sugar powdered
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • ½ cup ghee or as needed
  • ¼ cup pistachio, pieced

Directions

  • Combine wheat flour, corn flour and baking powder and sieve.
  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Add ghee as required and cardamom to this mix.
  • Knead the dough, should be thick.
  • Make lemon size balls and flatten the top and put some pistachio as a decoration.
  • Bake until golden brown.
  • Cool on a rack before keeping in a tight container.
