Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind (100% natural concentrated paste)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup jaggery or to taste
  • 1 small raw mango (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons neem flower
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder or a pinch of chili
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Mix water with the tamarind paste.
  • Powder the jaggery and add to the tamarind water.
  • Add chopped mango.
  • Add salt and chili powder.

Mix well and offer as naivedyam after the puja.  Give as prasadam to the family members.
