Pachadi
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Tamarind (100% natural concentrated paste)
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup jaggery or to taste
- 1 small raw mango (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons neem flower
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder or a pinch of chili
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Mix water with the tamarind paste.
- Powder the jaggery and add to the tamarind water.
- Add chopped mango.
- Add salt and chili powder.
Mix well and offer as naivedyam after the puja. Give as prasadam to the family members.
