Protein Idli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup urad dal
  • 1 cup moong dal (yellow)
  • ½ cup oats

Directions

  • Soak urad and moong dal separately in hot water.
  • Blend each of the dals separately, similar to regular idle.
  • Blend oats.
  • Mix all three ingredients well and let it ferment.
  • I kept it in the Insta pot without turning it on, it was twice it’s size in the morning.
