Ragi Mudde/Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Ragi Flour
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt

Directions

  • In a deep dish boil the water
  • To this add oil and salt
  • Add the Ragi flour
  • Let it sink in the water
  • Start stirring once it sinks in
  • Keep stirring till the flour gets to a ball consistency
  • Turn the stove off at this point
  • Dump this on a plate with a tsp of ghee
  • When it gets cold, mold it to a ball shape
