Rose Milk Falooda

Ingredients

  • 16 oz  regular milk/ oat milk/almond milk 
  • 3 tbsp rose syrup 
  • ⅓ cup cooked roasted vermicelli
  • 1 cup fruit jello cut into cubes 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 2  scoops of vanilla icecream 
  • 1 tbsp coarse pistachio powder 

Directions

  • Add the chia seeds to the milk and stir and keep overnight in the refrigerator for it to swell 
  • Take 2 glasses and then assemble the falooda 
  • First add 1 tbsp of the rose essence to the bottom of each glass.  
  • Then add the chia seeds & milk equally to both glasses 
  • The fruit jello cubes are added next 
  • Next add the cooked vermicelli equally to both glasses 
  • Then add the Ice cream scoop 
  • Drizzle with a little rose syrup 
  • And add some coarse pistachios
