Sabudana Roti
Ingredients
- 1 cup sabudana, soaked in hot water for 2 hours
- ½ cup peanut, roasted and powdered coarsely
- 2 potato’s, boiled and mashed
- 3 chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoon cilantro
- ¼ cup ragi flour
- Oil, to roast
Directions
- Soak sabudana in hot water until it is soft, drain and transfer to a large bowl.
- Roast peanut on low flame, powder it coarsely.
- Mix sabudana, potato, chili, cumin, ginger salt and cilantro.
- Add ragi flour, knead the dough.
- Make the dough into medium ball and flatten on a greased foil.
- Heat tawa and flip the flattened dough, press gently.
- Cook with 1 teaspoon of oil, cover for 2 minutes.
- Flip the roti, cook on the second side.
