Sabudana Roti

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sabudana, soaked in hot water for 2 hours
  • ½ cup peanut, roasted and powdered coarsely
  • 2 potato’s, boiled and mashed
  • 3 chilies, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro
  • ¼ cup ragi flour
  • Oil, to roast

Directions

  • Soak sabudana in hot water until it is soft, drain and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Roast peanut on low flame, powder it coarsely.
  • Mix sabudana, potato, chili, cumin, ginger salt and cilantro.
  • Add ragi flour, knead the dough.
  • Make the dough into medium ball and flatten on a greased foil.
  • Heat tawa and flip the flattened dough, press gently.
  • Cook with 1 teaspoon of oil, cover for 2 minutes.
  • Flip the roti, cook on the second side.
