Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup sugar powdered
  • Pinch of saffron
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • ¼ cup dried fruits & nuts (cranberry, pineapple, pistachio)

Directions

  • Hang the Greek yogurt in a cheese cloth for 1 hour.
  • Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Powder saffron and mix it with 1 teaspoon of hot milk.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  • Refrigerate in a tight container.
