Ingredients

  • 1 package soy pieces
  • 2 green peppers cubed
  • 1 red pepper cubed
  • 1 zucchini cubed
  • 6 tablespoons almond powder
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic (I used flavored)
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 tablespoons crispy dillies (fried cucumbers)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour it in a non-stick baking pan and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes until crisp.
  • Sprinkle cilantro.
