Rasam Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coriander Seeds
  • 1 cup Byadagi Red Chillies
  • 1/8 cup Whole Black Pepper
  • 1/8 cup Cumin Seeds
  • 1/8 cup Methi Seeds
  • 1/8 cup Mustard Seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Hing-Asafotedia
  • 1 tablespoon of Haldi
  • Large bunch of Curry leaves

Directions

  • Fry each and every ingredient listed above separately with very little oil.
  • Once all are fried, let it cool. Grind to a fine powder.
  • Strain the powder once or twice.
  • And grind again.
  • Place in a glass container with a tight lid.
