Tandoori Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz container of yogart (plain)
  • ¾ teaspoon coriander powder
  • ¾ teaspoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 3 cloves garlic (Paste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon fenugreek powder
  • Salt to taste

 

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth – store in the refrigerator
