Tandoori Marinade
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz container of yogart (plain)
- ¾ teaspoon coriander powder
- ¾ teaspoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon red pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 3 cloves garlic (Paste)
- 1/8 teaspoon fenugreek powder
- Salt to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth – store in the refrigerator
