Vangibath Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Channa Dal
  • ½  cup Urad Dal
  • ¾ cup Red Chillies
  • ½ cup Coriander Seeds
  • ¼ cup Cummin Seeds
  • ½ inch stick Cinnamon
  • 4 Cloves

Directions

  • Roast each dal in ¼ teaspoon of oil.
  • Roast the red chillies.
  • Next, add all other ingredients and fry them until a nice aroma comes.
  • Grind each ingredient into a fine powder.
  • Mix in a mixing bowl.
  • Store in an air tight container.
